What makes a woman beautiful to you?

I think all women are beautiful in their own way, even if they don’t know it. But I believe that once a woman truly accepts her body as it is and carries about herself confidently, she immediately becomes even more beautiful. I once had a friend tell me that once you firmly believe that you are beautiful, everyone will think so too. “Where flowers bloom, so does hope”

One of my main objectives when I decided to relocate was to start volunteering.

As many of you know, volunteering is an excellent way of giving back to others in need.

And when the time came for me to I sit back and think about the kind of volunteering I wanted to do, I felt that it needed to cater to women in unfortunate circumstances. So when I arrived in South Florida, one of the first places I looked into was the Susan B. Anthony Recovery Center.

I felt like I had found a special gem, when I came across this center because its mission really connected to me.

 “Our ultimate goals are the removal of barriers for women entering addiction treatment, the prevention of foster care placement for their children, and an end to the cycle of addiction and abuse for families.”
